Katharina Burr-Thomson is responsible for Business Development at MiConcepts. She works hand in hand with our clients, dealers and architects. She brings over a decade of experience in the furniture industry. She began her career at Vitra, where she worked closely with Michelle and Jessica for several years calling on the architect, designer and dealer community. She later joined the sales team at BuzziSpace where she deepened her expertise in acoustics. Kat brings a wealth of knowledge and genuine passion along with exceptional attention to detail to each of the projects she works on.
Jennifer Burns has been a valued member of the MiConcept’s team for over seven years, leading and shaping the company’s marketing strategy with creativity, insight, and a deep commitment to brand excellence. She oversees integrated marketing initiatives from digital campaigns and content strategy to branding and client communications. She possesses a diverse background in marketing, communications, and strategic brand development, and has partnered with cross-functional teams in several organizations to drive growth and enhance visibility across channels.
Lyndsey Arkema is the MiConcept’s Territory Manager & Customer Service for Nucraft. She supports sales and clients through project and order management, customer support, and warranty coordination. Lyndsey is an integral part of the team and has a keen focus on timely and concise communication. She is committed to addressing customer needs with a professional and friendly approach and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients.
Craig Keener is the MiConcept’s dedicated Clarus Customer Service. He assists the sales team with quotes, drawings and any other client related requests. Craig works hand in hand with our sales team and our clients through all phase of Clarus projects and truly enjoys building strong relationships with them and our partners while supporting them with all of their requests.
Matt Bernard is the MiConcept’s dedicated MPS Acoustics Sales Support. Matt has spent the last 3 years as an MPS Specialist. He enjoys supporting our sales team and our clients in solving their acoustical problems through both sound masking and architectural product recommendations tailored to their specific needs. Matt strives to regularly provide rapid responses while delivering legendary service.
